Hey guys…I’m doing a throwback post since more people read now than did when we started!! I figured this was an oldie but goodie with Spring Break right around the corner. It is getting warmer already, and I am not really prepared for shorts just yet!! Here are some tips/tricks/things I do when I want to lean up a little for shorts, swimsuits, etc…
*following images from Pinterest* 1. Eat more foods with high water content—start noshing on watermelon, cantaloupe, cucumbers, strawberries, grapefruit, & tomatoes…in addition to drinking your water (1/2 your bodyweight)…start eating it!!
3. Stop chewing gum & eating so fast—I tend to eat REALLY fast sometimes…it’s a terrible habit. Not only do you not realize when you’re full, but you swallow more air. Same goes with gum…I often chew it to make me STOP eating…but it also can make you swallow air & cause bloating!
I am not saying we will all look like Gigi Hadid, but I do think these things work!!!
